• StratGen supports the development of Strategy Innovators and their power aims of ethical value.

• Strategy Innovators interface with issues of strategy, Innovation, risk, and Social Synergy using leadership skills suitable for these times. Today’s risk / solution leadership compatibility requirements are as demanding as 21st Century challenges.

• As we define what roles Strategy Innovators can assume, and what the value arena possibilities of Strategic Innovation 2.0 are, we need a new leadership development platform for and about Strategy Innovators and Strategic Innovation 2.0; being [SI 2](/content/si2-the-platform/ ""/index.html).

• University students and recent graduates are especially important. Young people need a freedom-enhancing, safe, supportive, and substantive challenge processing environment.

• There are no deep StratGen ties to corporations or any other institutions. With the SI 2 Lab we are creating the Human Ecosystem long needed to establish resilience and then sustainability where we live: in Our Municipalities. Along with developing Strategy Innovators, the SI 2 purpose is to diffuse resilience and sustainability in the form of Municipal Success.
